Introduction:
I was born and raised in Sahiwal, a historical city in Pakistan.
My passion lies in medical science research, particularly in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. I am especially focused on discovering novel protein targets that could serve as therapeutic tools for abnormalities in smooth muscle contraction, which can lead to vasospasm and ultimately heart failure.
Outside of my research, I have a deep love for sports, including badminton, football, cycling, and hiking. I love famous Japanese sushi and tempura. I consider myself an adventurous person, always seeking new challenges.
I remember a famous quote of Claude Levi-Strauss "The scientist is not a person who gives the right answers, he’s one who asks the right questions.”

Introduction:
My name is Sabrina Haque, and I am a dedicated researcher with extensive academic experience in cardiovascular research, vascular biology, and biomaterials for cardiovascular therapy. In Japan, I earned my master's degree, which focused on novel techniques to improving vascular repair and combating cardiovascular disease. Currently, I am conducting advanced research to investigate the molecular processes that underpin vascular smooth muscle contraction, specifically the function of vimentin cleavage in abnormal signal transduction pathways in my Ph.D. program.
Beyond my academic endeavors, I am an avid traveler who loves exploring new cultures, landscapes, and perspectives. Traveling not only inspires creativity in my research but also strengthens my appreciation for diversity and global collaboration.
